Carly Tait is a British wheelchair athlete specialising in sprint and middle distance events in the T34 classification. Tait took up wheelchair racing in 2012, after being inspired by the Summer Paralympics in London. She was selected to represent Great Britain at the 2016 IPC Athletics European Championships in Grosseto and won silver medals at two distances, the 100 m and 400 m events.
 
On this episode, Carly talks about her journey to becoming a professional Paralympic athlete, joining Team GB, her training schedule, how people with disabilities are under represented in the media and how sport can be a medium to train a strong personality.
